Inherited stones often outlive the settings they came in. Resetting a grandmother's diamond into something you will actually wear keeps the part that carries the meaning and replaces the part that does not.

The process runs in three stages: a hand sketch built around your stones, a 3D CAD rendering and printed model you can hold, then casting and hand-setting. Repairs and restoration. Broken chains, worn prongs, thin shanks, missing stones and pieces that have not been wearable in years. See jewelry repair, tip and prong repair and restoration.

Sizing and finishing. Ring resizing for rings that no longer fit, rhodium plating for white gold that has gone warm, and engraving.

Appraisals. Written by independent certified appraisers rather than by us, so the person putting a number on your piece has no stake in the transaction. Watches. Watch repair and battery replacement.

We are at 1801 East Camelback Road, Suite 201, Phoenix, AZ 85016, in the Camelback Colonnade. From Mesa, Loop 202 Red Mountain runs west into central Phoenix and connects to SR 51 north, which exits at Camelback Road. From the south end of Mesa, US 60 west to SR 51 north is the simpler route.

Often, yes. Bring it in and we will tell you honestly whether it can be saved, what it would take, and whether it is worth doing.

Can you resize a ring bought somewhere else?

Yes. We resize, repair and restore regardless of where the piece was purchased.

Who writes your appraisals?

Independent certified appraisers, deliberately not Quantum Qarat, so the valuation comes from someone with no stake in the sale.

Can you reset my grandmother's stones into something modern?
